2. Data Collected & Purpose

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it through the contact form on our website. The data collected includes:

• Full name and professional function
• Company name
• Professional email address
• Investment strategy and AUM (optional)
• Fund domicile (optional)
• Message content

This data is collected solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and providing requested information. It is not used for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is based on:

• Legitimate interest — responding to professional enquiries from asset managers and institutional investors
• Explicit consent — given when you submit the contact form
• Contractual necessity — where data is required to fulfil a distribution mandate or business relationship

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Your personal data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Contact form submissions are processed via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form processing service. No other third-party services have access to your data.

Data may be disclosed if required by Swiss law or a binding legal order from a competent authority.

5. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:

• Contact enquiries: up to 3 years from last interaction
• Business relationship data: up to 10 years as required by Swiss commercial law
• Analytics and advertising data: see section 6

Data is securely deleted once retention periods expire.

6. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

This website uses two Google services, both operated by Google Ireland Limited:

• Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-DBSGGFBSQ2) — audience measurement: pages viewed, session duration, approximate geographic origin, device and browser type, and the source that brought you to the site.
• Google Ads (conversion ID AW-18202239440) — conversion tracking, to establish whether a visit originating from an advertisement led to a form submission, and remarketing, which allows advertisements to be shown to previous visitors on other websites.

Google Consent Mode v2

We implement Google Consent Mode v2. Before any Google tag loads, the following consent signals are set to denied: analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization. Only functionality_storage and security_storage — strictly necessary for the site to work — are granted.

If you accept, these four signals are updated to granted and cookies may then be set. If you reject, they remain denied: Google receives no cookie-based identifier and no personal data from your visit.

Legal basis and international transfers

The legal basis for analytics and advertising cookies is your explicit consent, given through the banner. Consent is not required for the strictly necessary storage listed above. Data processed by Google may be transferred outside Switzerland and the EEA, including to the United States, under Google’s own contractual safeguards.

Withdrawing your consent

You may withdraw or change your choice at any time, with effect for the future. Use the control below, or clear your browser’s site data for this domain. Withdrawal re-opens the banner and immediately reverts all consent signals to denied.

You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google’s browser add-on, and manage advertising personalisation in your Google Ad Settings.

Retention

Your consent choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage, key imc-consent) and is never transmitted to us or to any third party. Google Analytics user and event data is retained for 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically. Google Ads conversion and remarketing data is retained according to Google’s own policies, up to a maximum of 540 days for remarketing lists. Individual Google cookies typically expire within 24 months.

Contact forms

Contact and document request forms remain processed via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) and function whether or not you consent to cookies, since they rely on data you actively provide rather than on passive tracking. See section 4.

7. Your Rights

Under the nLPD (and GDPR where applicable), you have the following rights:

• Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data
• Right to restriction — request that we limit processing of your data
• Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
